What if nobody had to build alone?
Instead of one person carrying all the weight, what if a community of 500 founding regulars stood behind the counter with them from day one? When 500 people back a space, a membership, and an idea together, it stops being "a café I visit." It becomes "our place."
Our goal isn't just to open one café. Our goal is to build the system that builds the system — a playbook where any risk-taker with the grit to execute can step up, backed by a community that helps them get there.
We might fail. We've failed before. But we'd rather fail trying our best.
